A me ha scritto testualmente

Siccome il 21 c'è uno sciopero dell'Università, probabilmente le aule in Via Venezian saranno chiuse. Quindi la data è spostata al 27. Verrà anche detto in aula questa sera.

quindi direi che è sufficientemente ufficiale.
