 fuori corso, turni ed esami

Salve a tutti,
qualcuno può darmi informazioni affidabili riguardo i seguenti punti?

Premessa: sto per riprendere gli studi dopo interruzione e risulterò iscritto al 3° anno FUORI CORSO per l'a.a. 2008/09.

- posso sostenere gli appelli d'esame di qualsiasi turno (incluso il serale)? In particolare io vorrei avere la possibilità di sostenere gli appelli d'Istituzione del 4 feb 2009 (serale) e di Fisica Generale del 20 feb;

- qualche anima pia saprebbe dirmi se sono previsti per i suddetti corsi date eventuali in aprile? Ho visto sul sito del CCD ma il calendario è ancora relativo all'a.a. 2007/08.

D'accordo.
Però ribadisco una delle due domande: per l'a.a. 2008/09 uno studente fuori corso può sostenere esami di qualsiasi turno oppure le cose sono cambiate?

Anche volendo, mi sa che il SIFA ti fa iscrivere solo con il docente del tuo CdL

lo stesso corso di laurea è obbligatorio, ma se per il medesimo esame ci sono due professori per turni diversi, puoi scegliere chi vuoi se sei fuori corso, io l'ho sempre fatto.

Ragazzi, forse non ci capiamo :)
Io sto chiedendo ciò:

se uno studente regolarmente iscritto FUORI CORSO ad un CdL vuole sostenere un esame di un turno differente dalla sua iniziale del cognome o un esame con il serale anche se non ha optato per il cambio turno (ma sempre all'interno dello STESSO CdL) può farlo?

Se sì qual'è la fonte normativa che stabilisce ciò?
Se non c'è nessuna fonte normativa allora la conclusione è che a sia a discrezione del docente e quindi il fatto che alcuni studenti non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a fare ciò o meno è del tutto ininfluente per avere una risposta certa.

Ecco il senso della mia domanda :)

cara Lunik ti fò un'altra domanda: poniamo il caso che quest'anno volessi seguire il corso di fondamenti di architettura e bla bla al secondo turno h-z come mi devo muovere? Una volta cambiato turno poi sono obbligato a seguire tutti i corsi h-z ??? ti ringrazio! Buon lavoro
