 Aiuto: DRAM sincrona

Disegnare la struttura di una DRAM sincrona di 1 Kbyte

Ragazzi non so come fare...sulle slide del Borghese c'è il circuito di una DRAM ma non sincrona...cambia qualcosa???e se si cosa?Grazie in anticipo.....

guarda.. secondo me è giusta quella dell slide.. solo che il prof la fa di 4M.. noi invece dobbiamo farla di 1K.. quindi avrò la matrice 32 x 32.

pero questa è di 1K Byte non bit quindi hai 2^13 bit quindi potresti fare una matrice di 256x32...

no guarda.. non sono convinto della tua idea.. anche xkè mi sono fatto dare l'ese da un mio amico che ha fatto l'esame l'anno scorso.. e l'aveva fatta con la matrice 32x32 (effettivamente fa 1024).. e con le linee CAS e RAS da 5 bit...

il problema è che il prof aveva fatto un esempio con 4Mbit invece questo esercizio è con byte, magari domani provo a farlo come dici te scrivendo solo 1K ... :D:D:D :-D
