Dovevi chiederle in che modo ha avuto il tuo nominativo. Fossi in te li chiamere e chiederei spiegazioni, esigendo poi la cancellazione dei tuoi dati dai loro DB (come la legge prevede).

Volendo, chi è stato contattato, potrebbe inviare raccomandata RR alla loro sede, chiedendo chi è il titolare dei dati, come sono stati raccolti, come vengono mantenuti e a che scopo. Se non si ottiene risposta, ci si può rivolgere al Garante per la tutela dei dati personali e forse anche ottenere un risarcimento.

se li prendono a caso dagli elenchi telefonici può darsi che mettano nel loro database solo i dati di quelle persone che danno risposta affermativa o che cmq sembrano interessate...
