[Mail AntiSpammer] Dubbio sui report

Ciao!
ieri mi sono installata SpamBully, un sw per filtrare lo spam dalla posta.
Tra le varie opzioni che ci sono a disposizione c'è la possibilità di fare un "report as spam".
Ora, tra gli indirizzi a cui viene inviata la mail di report ci sono i vari ISP che trova (penso) negli headers della mail e l'indirizzo spam@uce.gov.
Per curiosità sono andata a vedere www.uce.gov di cosa si trattasse, ma sembra non esistere... come è possibile? cos'è questo 'UCE'?
è effettivamente l'ente competente? ha senso che continui a mandargli i report o non serve a una cippa?

@yeah: beh li prende in automatico il programmino gli indirizzi, e prende sia gli isp dei mittenti che quell'indirizzo.

IMO meglio non utilizzare sistemi di report automatico se hai quantità rilevanti di spam: rischi di finire in qualche black list di qualche provider.

In realta' puoi mandare una mail che sembri mandata da un certo dominio, anche se in realta' NON e' vero. Quindi a volte i mittenti dello spam sono generati assolutamente a caso (a me e' arrivato spam da una casella di libero del mio ex, casella che lui non utilizza piu' da anni )
