 Lightbulb [GNAM] Polenta!



Il cibo degli dei

servono:

500g di polenta bramata
2,5l di acqua
un pugnetto sale

e una pazienza infinita :D

l'ideale sarebbe la pentola d'alluminio e il bastone di nocciolo preso nei boschi e intagliato a mano, ma non facciamo i maniaci....

mettete a scaldare 2,5l di acqua con un pugnetto di sale.
prima che inizi a bollire versare lentamente 500g di farina aiutandosi con una frustra per evitare i grumi.

Nei successivi 15minuti mescolare continuamente la polenta con moto rotatorio orario con colpo di polso alla fine per rigirarla.
dopo dare un girno ogni 1/2 minuti

lasciarla sul fuoco per almeno 1ora e mezza.

se usate una pentola antiaderente state attenti che la crosta sui bordi tende a staccarsi,evitate di romperla e farla finire nella polenta.

scodellare e servire.

nononononono...non c'è paragone tra il gira-polenta elettrico e una buona polenta fatta su un fuoco all'aperto con un bellissimo bastone di ginepro...

Il problema e' che nei "monti milanesi" (un bel palazzo di 8 piani) mi manca lo spazio all'aria aperta e anche il ginepro... mi ci vedi a far polenta sul balcone con un bel ramo staccato all'olmo del viale?

Non ci sono le condizioni giuste per farla in città...poi va beh...può venie buona lo stesso...ma di sicuro non viene come se fatta sul fuoco a legna...

La polenta credo che sia l'alimento più terrifcante quando lo mangi caldo.
Un pezzo di polenta caldo ti uccide la gola più di qualunque altro alimento ad alta temperatura!Terribile! :D

Comunque anche noi facciamo sempre la polenta con il rotatore elettrico, ma viene buona lo stesso!
