che cosa serve il System.map?
Xkè quando compilo il kernel si deve copiare il relativo System.map nella boot?

In alternativa usi programmi tipo:

Creano un pacchetto del kernel per la tua distribuzione a partire dai sorgenti, occupandosi anche di posizionare il system.map e di aggiornare il bootloader.

System.map dovrebbe mappare le zone di memoria utilizzate dal kernel.
In pratica crea una tabella di simboli per il kernel

Se sono presenti più system.map, il sistema sceglierà automaticamente quello corretto.

Questo è quello che mi ricordo io :D
