Pasta fresca buitoni con crema di funghi e gorgonzola.

Nel mio frigo abitava una confezione scaduta di pasta fresa buitoni, nel freezer avevo parte dei miei finferli polacchi (di cui parlero' in altra sede) e poco gorgonzola.

ho trifolato i funghi (burro/prezzemolo/vino bianco) poi ho aggiunto il gorgonzola con poco latte.
a fuoco bassissimo ho fatto sciolgere fino ad ottenere una bella cremina con cui ho condito la pasta.

Mi fermo al GS e compro un buonroll agli spinaci con il 30% di sconto :look:


come lo preparo?
Nel freezer
vive una colonia di champignon esselunga.
bene.

ho preparato la trifola, ho agginto il viscido buonroll e l'ho cucinato per una buona mezzora aggiungendo quando si seccava:
acqua,vino bianco e latte.
alla fine ho ottenuto un bel sughetto:
