Mi consigliate un modo sicuro, efficace e gratuito per partizionare un disco rigido... il problema (per me che sono ignorante) è partizionare il disco rigido principale, una volta formattato e prima di installarci il sistema operativo... come faccio?

Se non hai installato ancora niente, prova a vedere se ti funzia fdisk ( qui trovi una piccola guida)

Altrimenti potresti provare a usare parted sotto Knoppix, anche se io non ho mai provato

Qual è il problema? Qualunque sistema operativo di da la possibilità di partizionare il disco in fase di installazione.
