La slides tratta le applicazioni... non capisco il senso della frase (l'inizio)

"si applica al trattamento di dati personali da chiunque effettuato nel territorio dello Stato, anche quando esso sia effettuato da chi sia stabilito all’estero utilizzando mezzi situati nel territorio, a meno che ciò non avvenga solo ai fini di transito"

ovvero?? :pensa:

non capisco il soggetto, il predicato verbale e il complemento oggetto :look:

(magari è una cavolata!)

ah mizzega...

alura dire: in Italia c'è questa legge sulla tutela dei dati quindi tutti gli italiani sono tutelati è il significato spiccio spiccio?
Però nella 2a parte dice che vale anche all'estero (ovvero se un italiano è all'estero) se i "mezzi" sono in Italia....

è giusto?
