certo che effettivamente, per chi abita a milano, d'esate il silab:
- c'ha l'aria condizionata ottima
- posto quieto e silenzioso
- banda in abbondanza (quando va), anche se filtrata (troppo)
basta portarsi una sedia, una tastiera pulita e una bibita da casa e ci stai troooppo comodo

Non sai cosa ti perdi. È un luogo dall'atmosfera unica.
