 hotspot wifi unimi e app android

Ciao,
l'altro giorno mi sono collegato col mio cellulare android al wifi in comelico.
Collego il wifi -> eseguo l'accesso tramite opera mobile -> riesco a navigare

Apro alcune app e noto che funzionano, a questo punto apro le due app che mi interessavano di più:

- whatsapp
- Indoona (mi interessa così evito di spendere soldi se devo chiamare a casa)

Mentre whatsapp funziona, Indoona no. Mi dice che non trova il servizio...
Ora, mi chiedo, c'è qualche blocco che ne impedisce il funzionamento o sono io che sbaglio qualcosa?

Magari qualche anima pia che usa android e che fa una prova?

posso installarlo solo se sono root... e non ho sbloccato il telefono ancora...

quello che sto provando ora è sfruttare la connessione all'hotspot tramite vpn unimi però ho qualche difficoltà nella configurazione della vpn (non mi vede il certificato in fase di configurazione)

ok ho trovato come installare il certificato (link ), ma quando salvo la vpn mi chiede anche il certificato utente che sulla pagina della vpn unimi non c'è...
