processore Intel Core i5 650 (3,20 GHz, 4 MB)

e

processore Intel Core i7 860 (2,80 GHz, 8 MB)

Bhe.. ha il doppio di cache L2 questo già dovrebbe darti un'idea precisa delle prestazioni

l' i7 ha una pipe migliore di quella dell' i5...

l'i7 ha il nuovo bus di comunicazione con la ram, cosa che l'i5 non ha, l'i7 ha l'HT (hyper threading) che permette di simulare due thread per core alla volta.
