 [Firefox]problemino

ho un problemino con firefox.
quando di solito aprivo un file mp3 o mpg in una nuova tab mi visualizzava sempre la console di quicktime dove potevo mandare avanti e indietro e alzare o abbassare il volume...da un paio di giorni invece non succede più.il file viene aperto in una tab bianca ma senza console, quindi senza nessun tipo di controllo.

Perchè questo cambiamento??non ho installato nuove estensione eo cose simili...da un giorno all'altro mi ha fatto sto scherzetto!!

chi mi aiuta???

non do da cosa dipendeva, ho provato ad aprire quick time e non mi si apriva più...l ho reinstallato e ora funziona
