 [OFFRO] Posto letto in camera doppia

Causa abbandono della coinquilina precedente offro un posto letto in camera doppia (da condividere con me), in una casa a due piani composta da 2 camere singole e una doppia, bagno, cucina, salotto, giardino e garage per biciclette. Riscaldamento autonomo.
La casa si trova a Zara a 50 metri dall'uscita della metropolitana e 20 metri (forse meno!) dalla fermata di 90 e 92.
Il costo e' di 300 euro al mese, piu' una mensilita' anticipata, comprensivo di TUTTE le spese (elettricita', gas, acqua, rifiuti...)
Si richiede la settimana corta.

Dai chi viene ad abitare con me? :-D
