C'è stato un accordo mondiale contro la proliferazione di mie a cui pure l'italia ha aderito(noi eravamo tra i primi esportatori di mie) ma non l'USA.
Curiosando tra i progetti finanziati dal DARPA americano va che ti trovo...

La differenza tra mine anticarro e mine antiuomo stà nella quantità di carica e non nella sensibilità!
Se fosse vero quello che dici non ci sarebbero grandi problemi per gli sminatori !
