mi è venuto un dubbio: se uno collega a un mac un mouse comune a due tasti (più rotella magari) può usare il tasto destro per fare qualcosa?
mi pare che il tasto destro si possa emulare in qualche modo già ora o sbaglio?

certo che sì... puoi attaccare pure un 3 button click-scrollingwheel e funziona tutto a meraviglia.
per gli altri testoni le ragioni di questa scelta sono esposte nel link: siccome il macmini è pernsato apposta per lo switch di massa evidentemente non vogliono scontrarsi con un'orda di zombie lobotomizzati da anni di uso di winzoz che dicono 'uh, ma che merda ci manca un tasto al mouse!'

la scelta della apple di avere un unico tasto è per lo più storica tradizionale, (come mettere la chiave si accensione sulla sinistra in alcune auto), io uso il mio topo ha 3 tasti e li uso tutti e 3

no, non se ne sente la mancanza in modo particolare, è solo questione di abitudine. a volte bisogna tenere premuto ctrl per accedere alle funzionalità tipiche del tasto destro.
ci sono poi programmi che richiedono per forza di cose un mouse con due o più pulsanti e scrollwheel, Maya ad esempio.
cmq non mi sembra il caso di preoccuparsi tanto per il mouse monotasto... uno può sempre spendere 10 euri e comprarsi il mouse che vuole, e funziona tutto, tasto destro, rotellina e quant'altro, senza configurare nulla.

Mi hanno detto che su Marte utilizzano addirittura tre tasti!!! Com'è, funziona?
Queste innovazioni di Apple mi lasciano sempre un po' così...

Il mouse ad un tasto solo, unito al fatto che "basta premere Ctrl per avere il pulsante destro", è una delle cose più ridicole che abbia mai visto...
A volte si cercano delle spiegazioni assurde a comportamenti che non si riescono a giustificare!
