 [Ram] dove e quanta

Premesso che sull'ibook ho 512 di ram volevo prendermi la barretta energizzante da 1 giga , il prezzo piu basso è su crucial europa, avete consigli obbiezioni?

per i prezzi non so, ma se hai già 512 +256 di serie credo che di ram tu ne abbia già abbastanza, a meno che fai cose particolari...

se invece hai 512 di totale, allora potresti anche pensare all'upgrade. ma considera anche che potresti 'accontentarti' di un modulo da 512 (così da avere 768 MB totali), al posto dei costosi banchi da 1GB !!!

ecco apputno io ne ho 512 in tot, prendendone una da 512 verrei a spendere sui 110 euro cifra abbordabile e ragionevole, forse 700 sono piu che sufficienti, vorrei sapere le vostre impressioni ;)

secondo me se non fai nulla di particolare (tipo lavorare in photoshop con files giganteschi) 768MB sono decisamente più che sufficienti. poi ovvio che + ram c'è meglio è, ma uno deve anche considerare se effettivamente poi la usa. per gli usi più comuni 768MB ti consentono di filare liscio. poi per renderti conto di quanta ram utilizzi di solito puoi usare un system monitor come questo:

cmq con 1GB espanderesti al max l'ibook e dormiresti sonni tranquilli... alla fine non è una scelta facile!!!

Fatto ora ho 768 Mb, presa da Crucial certificata apple, ordinata martedi mattina arrivata a casa mercoledi a mezzogiorno!!!
spesa 80 euro ed e garantita da apple stessa ;)

ah, prodotta da terze parti e garantita da apple... fico!!! non sapevo che fosse possibile una opzione del genere, buona a sapersi! e il prezzo è del tutto allineato con i prezzi dei pc... ottimo

si www.crucial.com/eu, vendono Ram e la danno certificata Apple, vuol dire che è 100% compatibile, mi pare siano 4 o 5 i produttori di ram compatibili certificate da mamma apple.

Io ho preso la ram per powerbook per 3 motivi

1) costa 40 euro in mendo di quella dell'ibook
2)e compatibile con l'ibook perfettamente
3)posso riutlizzarla su i nuovi pc ;)
