 [Utility] Simulatore di risoluzione

Allora, ho un problema... come posso cambiare la risoluzione del mio schermo senza sputtanare tutto il desktop? Esiste una sorta di simulatore o qualche utility che mi permette di non scombinare tutto?

Quale sistema operativo? Che tipo di display? scombinare cosa? Le icone?
Io in ogni modo non ne conosco... immagino si tratti di windows perchè è uno dei sistemi dove le finestre sono sempre a pieno schermo e si è abituati a vedere il display come delimitato dalla risoluzione dello schermo.

esatto, intendo per windows (nel mio caso XP).
Quello che mi da fastidio è avere le icone in disordine ogni volta che per testare la grafica di un sito ho bisogno di provarlo alle diverse risoluzioni...

sai che non ci avevo mai fatto caso? eppure anche a me capita di mettere temporaneamente 800x600 per testare il sito.

ho provato anche ora ma le icone sono tutte al loro posto, a te che succede di preciso?

le icone mi si adattano alla nuova risoluzione (se "stringo") e poi non tornano piu al loro posto...odioso

dipende molto anche dalla loro disposizione...

se le tieni tutte in alto allineate sulla sinistra (senza appoggiarle sul fondo intendo) non dovrebbe più darti questo problema. io che le ho sparse per lo schermo invece ogni volta che cambio ho il tuo stesso problema.

Oppure da dreamweaver puoi selezionare la risoluzione dalla vista "progettazione"
