allora:
distillare grappa in casa è illegale.
nella "bergamasca" ci sono persone che lo fanno.
una volta mi hanno regalato un bottiglione da due litri di codesta grappa.
la cosa che mi aveva stupito era il sapore molto "secco" (rispetto ad esempio alla Nardini) e l'elevato tasso alcolico.

mi chiedevo se qualcuno conoseva un produttore artigianale legale di questo tipo di grappe.

Io personalemente compro solo le solite al supermercato come la
Nardini.
Ma mi piacerebbe avventurarmi nel campo delle produzioni artigianali.

Esatto.
Il pericolo sta nel fatto che, se non sei capace a "tagliare" la distillazione, ti becchi nella testa o nella coda un bel po' di metanolo e altre sostanze dannose.

;)

Si presuppone che chi lo faccia sia esperto nella cosa.

Ma cio' non e' detto ...
Devi fidarti ovviamente ...
