Salve Popolo ....Aiutatemi.
Il mio pc fisso.. P4 1.8 Ghz..sempre tutto ok..
oggi accendo...
carica windows xp pro ma sul desktop mancano tutte le icone...
non mi fa accedere a nulla che riguardi cartelle e file , documenti, immagini, ecc...
e nemmeno ad explorer e outlook..

che si fa?

Con che utente ti logghi? Hai un utente di riserva?

Vedi il menù di avvio/barra di windows? Se no, fai ctrl+alt+canc scegli "task manager", esegui e avvia "explorer.exe".

io il firewall ce l'ho, ho aggiornato l'antivirus (l'altro ieri) e ho anche provato a scaricare il tool per la rimozione: non trovava il virus.

i problemi sono iniziati l'altro ieri sera quando il live update dell'antivirus ha smesso di funzionare...
