[EMAIL] Spam...

Ma se mi faccio una casella di posta strana (tipo con dominio privato "@hamelin.it" oppure con username particolare tipo HmL1n) ricevo meno spam/virus oppure non cambia nulla?

non dipende da come chiami la casella di posta....dipende dalla facilità con cui lo spammer recupere il tuo indirizzo e-mail.

Per quanto riguarda il dominio privato, dipende se il provider è dotato di filtri anti-spam (vedi aruba, che però li fa pagare).

Lo username particolare non c'entra nulla, perchè esistono programmi dedicati per gli spammer che generano in modo automatico un numero enorme di indirizzi di un certo provider, e se ricevono indietro un "Delivery Status Notification" cancellano l'indirizzo dalla lista di quelli validi, altrimenti lo segnalano e lo rivendano. E' possibile, anzi probabile, che generandoli in modo casuale possano arrivare anche a quelli più strani.
