Compilare LAME

Ho scaricato LAME (un encoder mp3): è un programma open source che permette di scaricare solo la versione non compilata - ovvero il codice sorgente... naturalmente si scarica anche un file con le istruzioni per compilarlo con i più comuni compilatori C/C++... altrettanto naturalmente queste istruzioni non funzionano... In particolare ho usato DJGPP. Il problema è che nella compilazione DJGPP mi trova errori nel codice... ma non penso che ci siano davvero errori, no? Il file che da istruzioni per la compilazione con DJGPP dice che dovrebbe funzionare con tutti i processori della Intel... ora, io che ho un processore AMD (rulez!) non posso usare LAME? Qualcuno mi spiega perché avere un processore rispetto ad un altro può causare problemi di compatibilità? I processori AMD non funzionano allo stesso modo degli Intel? ...mah...

Da profano assoluto mi ricordo che DJCPP mi fu sconsigliato per via di alcuni header che dovevano essere inseriti in modo diverso dagli altri compilatori. E per questo scelsi il Visual C++.

Mmm... non ho esperienza diretta di compilazione sotto Winsozz, ma hai provato a "rilassare" i check sulla sintassi/compatibilità? Magari questo DJGPP considera gli "warning" come errori...

Mi correggo: LAME in sé, cioè come applicazione a riga di comando, non mi va... ma mi va RazorLame, con l'interfaccia... quindi mi va benissimo così, grazie!
