iscrizione CORSI???

ragazzi qualche volta a me pare di leggere quà e là che bisogna iscriversi ai singoli corsi....ora....io voglio capire se sta università (faccio INFORMATICA PER LE TELECOMUNICAZIONI) è come l'ho intesa io:

sono al secondo anno ma praticamente ho dato solo 3 esami del primo anno, poi ho ripreso e ora dovrei fare ancora gli esami del primo anno...però non credo di figurare nelle liste degli iscritti che hanno i prof.
Ora: posso frequentare e dare gli esami tranquillamente? o essendo "fuori corso" di un anno devo fare speciali attivazioni e/o iscrizioni ai singoli corsi???

Non farti seghe mentali, puoi pure fare gli esami del secondo/terzo anno se sei in grado...
