Ciao a tutti,
in questi giorni mi capita spesso che quando mi connetto da Postgre x lavorare sul database, lancia un errore:

Server doesn't listen
The server doesn't accept connections: the connection library reports
could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

..mi fa reinserire la password e dopo vari tentativi (da 1 a 1 milione) si connette senza alcun problema..

..è capitato anche a voi?

No mai capitato,l'errore mi fa pensare che il server non sia in ascolto, ovvero che non hai avviato postgreSQL,poi non so se si verifica anche per altre circostanze. Come consiglio posso dirti di provare a cercare l'errore copiandolo e incollandolo in google. Solitamente trovi tutti gli altri casi di persone a cui è successa la stessa cosa.
