[[convertire video] Programmino?

Buondì gente. Cerco un programmino free (rigorosamente free, trovarne e crackarne son buono anche io) che converta i file video; da avi a mpg o wmv etc etc etc. Consigli?
Lodi sperticate a chi mi dà una mano, ovviamente. Forse anche un caffè.
