[HD PORTATILE] How to...

ho la necessità di scaricare i dati contenuti sul'hd di un portatile in cui si è completamente sputtanato il s.o. rendendolo inavviabile. Qualche soluzione?

Una distribuzione live che mi permette anche di masterizzare?
Un connettore che mi permette di adattare l'hd all'ide del pc fisso?

apri il portatile, togli l'hd e lo metti in un box esterno da 2,5 pollici usb

Soluzione no-sbattimento:
-infili un live cd (ubuntu, knoppix) e trasferisci i dati via rete su un altro pc oppure li masterizzi (costo: il cavo di rete/i cd)

Oppure, come dice Ste.virus, stacchi l'HDD, compri un box USB oppure un adattatore e lo attacchi a un altro pc. Pero' mi sembra un po' piu' sbattimento...

si viry..è quella a cui avevo pensato anche io.. ma quale distro posso utilizzare?! con le mie non riesco a vedere il masterizzatore!!!!

ma ubuntu integra gia un sw per la masterizzazione?
