Attenzione,
stando a quanto dice il libro (petterson)
l'indirizzamento dei salti condizionati (bne) viene effettuata in "parole". di conseguenza, alla riga 36(byte) del primo esercizio
l'offset è sbagliato.

Offset = Indirizzo di arrivo (dove si vuole saltare) - ProgramCounter (che punta all'istruzione successiva)

di conseguenza non è -3(1111111111111101), ma -4 (1111111111111100)
