Il mio era (ed e' ancora purtroppo) un problema amministrativo relativo a un trasloco + subentro.
In due mesi non hanno completato nessuna delle due procedure, e mi hanno fatto spedire innumerevoli fax di richiesta (che il piu' delle volte dopo un po' non risultano piu' nemmeno ricevuti, che fanno, se li mangiano?)
Senza contare le ore al telefono (ormai so a memoria l'orrida musichetta d'attesa...)
