a voi che siete sicuramente più esperti di me: voglio condividere la connessione internet del mio ibook con l'appena installata slackware su pc tramite ethernet. come devo configurare la slack per farle vedere la connessione internet? sull' ibook (con OSX) è tutto a posto, la condivisione di connessione è impostata, penso che manchi qualcosa sul pc... ho impostato l'ibook come gateway in netconfig, ma niente. pingare pinga, ma internet nada. non è che devo impostare qualcosa in iptables?

Devi impostare i dns, in /etc/resolv.conf
Il file dev'essere una cosa del genere:

nameserver xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
nameserver xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

dove gli xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx sono gli indirizi ip dei dns del tuo provider

ah, ecco... me li chiedeva infatti in netconfig ma pensavo non fossero necessari.
qualcuno ha sottomano gli ip dei dns di libero per caso?
