ma è possibile che una mail spedita l'8 febbraio alle 13:18 sia arrivato oggi (8 marzo neppure a farlo apposta) 5 minuti fa?

ha girato per i router un mese prima di trovare la strada?

no, non ha girato per i router: semplicemente, con tutta probabilità, era rimasta in coda al demone di posta del tuo provider o del provider di chi te l'ha mandata.

ha ragione DeepBlue, anche perché i pacchetti hanno un TTL e non possono aver girato chissà quanti router. e non sono certo rimasti per 7 giorni nella coda di un router
