[TELEFONO] Computer ammazza rete telefonica

Ho reinstallato Windows alla morosa, installato alcuni programmi e avrei dovuto installare Alice... A causa di alcuni problemi appresi leggendo le informazioni visualizzate prima dell'installazione (non sapevo a quale presa della rete telefonica RJ attaccare il filtro e l'impianto telefonico della casa ha un teleallarme), non ho proseguito... alzando il telefono per chiamare 187... beh... il telefono non funza più. Le spine sono tutte attaccate... il pc è completamente staccato dalla rete.... cosa può essere successo: ha fatto la macumba al telefono?

magari hanno fatto dei danni quelli di telecom mentre cercavano di attivarti la linea adsl.... chiama il 187 con il cellulare e avvisa subito altrimenti passano giorni... te lo dico per esperienza

Beh... non credo, dai: l'hanno attivata mentre collegavo il cavo al modem (che tra l'altro non ho mai acceso)? Comunque stiamo chiamando 187... speriamo...

Magari è partito teleallarme... ma perché?! Mah...

in presenza di altri apparecchi che utilizano la rete telefonica dovevi avvertire quelli di alice PRIMA dell'attivazione che provvedevano a darti un unico filtro per il modem e predisponevano la linea per quel tipo di situazione.

Hanno fatto casino in centrale... Curiosita': la tua ragazza aveva per caso la linea telefonica con operatori diversi da Telecom?

Il servizio voce non funziona nemmeno togliendo tutti i filtri?
Tieni presente che se l'impianto ha un teleallarme è necessaria l'installazione di uno splitter. Chiama il 187 una decina di volte finchè non trovi un operatore competente che ti sappia fornire indicazioni più precise.
