[Networking] Creare una VPN

Come posso fare per creare una VPN fra un portatile connesso tramite una connessione UMTS ed un PC Desktop collegato via ADSL (alice adsl credo) attraverso un router??

Di cosa ho bisogno? Premetto che il sistema operativo dei due PC è Windows XP... Grazie
