Aiuto urgente con Excel!

Ho disperato bisogno di qualcuno che abbia un po' di manualità con Excel, io non mi ci sono mai addentrato più di tanto e sto sclerando.
Devo smanettare su una tabella oraria settimanale e calcolare un po' di roba!
