BERLUSCONI AGGREDITO: QUATTRO MESI A DAL BOSCO

Il gup di Roma Emanuele Cersosimo ha inflitto quattro mesi di reclusione, pena sospesa, a Roberto Dal Bosco, il muratore che il pomeriggio del 31 dicembre scorso colpi' a piazza Navona con un cavalletto il presidente del Consiglio Silvio Berlusconi. All'indagato, che ha patteggiato la pena per il reato di lesioni, e' stato revocato l'obbligo di firma (quattro volte la settimana) ed e' stato restituito il treppiedi.

...ed e' stato restituito il treppiedi :lol:
