prova a collegarti con phppgadmin e vedi se riesci a fare da li,se no in allegato trovi un file pg_hba.conf settato in maniera che da accesso totale alla base di dati,sostituiscilo al tuo,se sei sotto linux puoi copiarlo direttamente,sotto win non so se la sintassi ed il nome sono uguali(togli il txt finale)
