io avevo sentito di filamenti di dna che costituivano i transistor più piccoli mai creati... e anche di nano-pc... attraverso le applicazioni dei nanotubi di carbonio, estremamente piccoli e resistenti. Ma non ricordo dove l'ho sentito. Neppure come funzionava. Magari su http://www.lithium.it/ ne trovate di interessanti. L'olografia per esempio è spiegata bene.
