Strano... molto strano... Posso suggerire di aspettare domani e riprovare? Temo che freenode tenda a porre un limite di tempo tra il ban di un ip ed il suo rilascio...

sai su che porta ascolta winproxy di default ? se e' la 1080 allora non e' in ascolto ok altrimenti prova a sostituire nel comando la porta almeno sei sicura che la porta e' libera..cmq si magari come dicevo prima e dice lightman sei bannata x un tot
