Creazione strade progetto!

Ciao a tutti..una info..non ho ben chiaro come implementare la creazione delle strade..anche a livello grafico..cioè in che modo posso creare una strada dal mio account e permettere che sia anche disponibile per gli altri utenti!? mmm
spero possiate aiutarmi..grazie..il tempo stringe :S
