[Norton Ghost] come funziona?

come funge? se non voglio fare backup su dvd posso farlo su HD esterno? e se si quando voglio ripristinare il sistema come si fa? che rapporto c'รจ tra i GB del sistema reale e quelli compressi dell'immagine Ghost??
