Ram per portatile

Ciao ragazzi,
mi serviva un informazione, anzi mi serve ancora...ahahahaha

quanto puo costare un modulo di ram da 128MB per un pc portatile?
nel mio caso si tratta di un Geo Focus 340 (รจ un Celeron 650).
