Problema installazione Fifa2003

Non riesco ad installare FIFA 2003.
Ho win xp, una Geforce 5 5600 e DirectX 9.0c.
Mi dà il seguente errore:

Dsetup.dll
Cannot get address of DirectXSetupGetVersion

Faccio ok e mi dice:
m_DIrectXSetupGetVersion is NULL


Mi sapete dare una mano?
