 Lightbulb [GNAM] Mozzarella in Carrozza

Per la serie le ricette diatetiche di cATO...

erano anni che non le mangiavo piu'



igredienti

1 mozzarella (di bulfala se piace)
2 uova
6 fette di pan carre'
latte
ev. pane grattuggiatto

spezie
filo di cotone/spago da arrosti

tagliate a fettine la mozzarella sgocciolata e disponetela nelle fette di pan carre' con il filo di cotone chiudete i tramezzini appena fatti ( come se fosse un pacchetto)



preparate le uova sbattute con il latte e il sale a piacere aggiungere pepe e noce moscata

fate scaldare abbondate olio di oliva (se siete sciuri) o da frittura.

passate i tramezzini nell'uovo sbattuto (ev. a gusti anche nel pane grattato) e fate friggere dai due lati



servire calde (se le prime si sono raffreddate un colpo di miconde non le rovina ;) ) e ricordarsi di non mangiare il filo :D

:sbav: questa estate le ho preparate anche io: una mazzata.. eravamo in 2.. ne abbiamo mangiati una quintalata a testa.. :)

noi abbiamo levato il contorno piu' scuro del pan carre' e abbiamo fatto le fette perfettamente quadrate.. e cmq non abbiamo usato il filo e tutto ha funzionato!! :)
